Tim’s coaching and training services are heavily influenced by his own life experiences. He struggled emotionally and self-medicated through alcohol and drugs. During therapy, he became interested in meditation and mindfulness as a support to wellbeing. This interest developed when he saw the positive effect it had on his own life. He then gave up his career in communications and retrained to become a mindfulness coach.
Tim feels that his life experiences have enabled him to help people from many walks of life unlock their deepest natural resources of resilience, confidence and wisdom. He believes this is possible for everyone when two vital conditions are there – awareness and compassion.
