Loved it!
Loved Fleet Maull’s episode! I especially liked it when you guys talked about how directing your attention, like when trying to thread a needle, causes the default network of the noisy brain to immediately go offline. It made me wonder if I should keep a sewing kit at my desk for those times when the chatterbox between my ears gets a little too loud. Thanks, Dr. Russell :)
Informative show

Some interesting guests and always tips to use. The podcast also examines some contrasting ideas and views. I don’t always agree but I do want to listen
A consistently well spent investment in time and attention
I really enjoy this podcast. I love Dr Thackeray’s conversational style. I was especially impressed with one of his recent guests, Jeff Hayzlett that he had on; what a fun chat while bringing a wealth of knowledge experience he brought to that show! The host is an incredibly proficient listener, which is a very important skill to have in podcasting, while simultaneously being able to incorporate critical thought and pivot without much planning or notice; a skill I’ve observed he did eloquently and seamlessly in multiple podcasts. Highly recommend!
Transformative, moving, and uplifting.
Dr. Russell Thackeray of Resilience Unravelled boldly and tenderly opens the floor for a diverse range of guests to share their stories of tragedy and triumph. Every episode provides fresh and dynamic insight to the struggles everyday people face (every day!) A true host, Dr. Russell offers valuable wisdom and advice, but allows his guests to truly take listeners along their journeys with them. I have learned a lot and will definitely be tuning in as often as possible.
